Netherlands or Belgium: Your assets will be transferred to Kraken as part of the acquisition, and you will be able to access Kraken using the same credentials as your BCM account.After January 7th, your funds will be migrated and reflected on your spot balance within a few days.

Please note: some of the assets that are listed on BCM are not supported by Kraken. See full list here. Unsupported assets of migrated clients that were not withdrawn before January 7th will be sold at the average market price and the amount will be credited to your Kraken spot balance.

Other countries: If you don’t reside in the Netherlands or Belgium, your BCM account will be closed. Any assets that remain in your BCM account will be sold for fiat. If this applies to you, you can reach out to Kraken support after January 7th, 2025, to claim your funds. 

As of January 7th, 2025, for clients in the Netherlands and Belgium your BCM account will be closed and migrated to Kraken. Any unsupported asset will be sold for fiat and the amount will be credited to your Kraken spot balance.
